Exercises for the butt? :( Need help!

Hello,

after two pregnancies and naturally wide hips to begin with, my butt is now wide and flat. :/ I used to have a little "lift and pop" to it, lol and I'd like to get that back. Any suggestions?

    Did I mention squats and lunges? Lol I started doing these a few months ago and they have worked wonders. My boyfriend commented the other day that my bum seemed "more round and lifted" than before.

    I feel your pain! Wide hips and flat tooshie. I'm having good results doing a few things: squats, deadlifts, Stairmaster, and glute bridges. I saw "good results" relatively...I don't think I'm genetically predispositined to have a great caboose.
