all fast food, processed food, pasta, white bread, tortillas, steak, cake, cookies, cupcakes... pretty much every thing that is bad for you lol except nutella i am ok with it0

I've always had something against bananas as well, they made me feel really bad...and anything bad basically but also nuts and cheese.1

Anything high in carbohydrates. I wouldn't even eat toast.0

The banana thing might be because they have alot of sugars. I typically stay away from ALL fast foods/processed foods and all meats. I know what they can do to your body, and I always feel ****ty after eating anything like processed cheeses.0

Well I have a list of over 200...so don't think I am going to have room to post them all here. But why not instead of posting the fear foods we post how and when we overcome them? Like tonight I faced bananas and graham crackers0

The one I feel most daft about fearing are starchy vegetables. But most carb foods or sugary/savoury snacks scare me0

Oh god I have billions... Mostly things I would binge on after going too long without eating, sugary foods, cheesy foods, bread, oily, salty, greasy foods, honey bunches of oats went from being a safe food to a fear food, crackers, the list goes on...2

Chocolate Cookies. Just... No. Haven't had them in about 6 months... Too scared!0

carbs. Which has me freaking out this week because all I have to eat is oatmeal and special cereal.0

^^agreedIf you want to recover, you need to work through eating your fear foods. It's hard as hell, but eventually, fear foods become a thing of the past and you can finally begin to enjoy eating again!
