Liquid Coffee Creamer Serving Size Question

I don't usually keep coffee creamer at home but drink it every Sunday in coffee at church. It is the Coffeemate liquid creamer that comes in the big pump bottle. I know a serving size is 1 tbsp... but does anyone know how much 1 pump of creamer is? Is it 1 tablespoon or 1/2 a tablespoon (so a serving size is 2 pumps) or what?

Why don't you take a "tablespoon" with you next week and measure the pump size as you do it. My bet is the pump serving is more than a tablespoon. I have measured a tablespoon of the creamer into my cup of coffee at home and it hardly changes the color!0

Congratulations on your weight loss first of all!! The creamers make the coffe taste so much better, I would also measure the cream before putting it in the coffee. One pump seems like excess. so, to be safe, find a teaspoon off the dessert table and measure. Keep up the good work!!0
