I don't usually keep coffee creamer at home but drink it every Sunday in coffee at church. It is the Coffeemate liquid creamer that comes in the big pump bottle. I know a serving size is 1 tbsp... but does anyone know how much 1 pump of creamer is? Is it 1 tablespoon or 1/2 a tablespoon (so a serving size is 2 pumps) or what?

  • Why don't you take a "tablespoon" with you next week and measure the pump size as you do it. My bet is the pump serving is more than a tablespoon. I have measured a tablespoon of the creamer into my cup of coffee at home and it hardly changes the color!
  • Congratulations on your weight loss first of all!! The creamers make the coffe taste so much better, I would also measure the cream before putting it in the coffee. One pump seems like excess. so, to be safe, find a teaspoon off the dessert table and measure. Keep up the good work!!
