How to sinc my fitbit flex?

Hi all, I know the question been asked before but can't find it. The way fitbit explains how to do it does not match my mfp version.

Please anyone? And thank you.

    At the top of your screen click on Apps. Scroll down until you see the Fitbit icon and follow the links to sync your accounts.
