WOW - I had no idea that there were so many options On Demand for exercise and fitness programs... everything from Belly Dancing to Jackie Warner.

I just thought I would post for those who are as clueless as I was...

    I know, right? I love having comcast's on demand exercise videos. I did the Cardioke one last night and it was so much fun... Went by so fast.

    I've been taking advantage of Netflix... they have some nice workout videos also. I stream the videos through xbox lol its awesome.

    Wow, you're so right! I hadn't done my exercise before reading this post so I added the Cardioke onto my routine today and I was smiling (not singing cuz no one in my building wants to hear that) throughout the whole thing.

    And it had a nice little message at the cool down song with wife, Sharon. :)
