So my bf and I went to breakfast I thought I put an effort. I had: a mushroom and spinach skillet w over medium eggs (no bacon or cheese), coffee with milk instead of cream with splenda, 2 toast (wheat), caved with the jam, and a skillet is always mixed with potatoes. I hage a huge breakfast but cant seem to tally it up. How is a skillet made?

If you had it at a restaurant you can probably go to there website and look at there nutritional guide for the calories of the skillet you had. Like I searched Denny's breakfast skillet on MFP and it comes up with 3 different skillets and they are about 990 calories.0

They probably boil the potatoes, dice them and then throw them in a skillet with the other stuff and some vegetable oil.
I just googled similar recipes to what you had and they seem to be around 500 calories depending on how big the skillet was (how many potatoes where used, etc)0 -
Thanx
I added it ind. so it came to around 700 last sunday
