28 M - Aspiring Powerlifter

Hello fitness pals,

Started my 24th week of Madcow's Intermediate 5x5 program today. Progress has been great so far! I recently started watching my nutrition much more carefully. I am attempting to cook up all of my meals for the entire week starting tomorrow. I feel like I am in the kitchen non stop cooking the past few weeks. I've watched quite a few videos on youtube of people preparing a week or two worth of meals in one sitting.

I love strength training ( barbell compound movements), power lifting, mobility, yoga, reading, personal development, and cooking!

    Welcome and good luck. I did SS for a bit and built on my strength. I see you have mobility listed in your hobbies, do you have Becoming a Supple Leopard by KStar?
