Renewing my commitment

l am 8 lbs from my final goal. I've been feeling like I'm slipping lately because of several life events and stressors. This has been my pattern for the last 20 years. I've gained and lost 30 lbs about 6 times. Yesterday I got so busy I forgot to log in. At first I was so disappointed because my Days Logged In counter is reset to 1 but then I got to thinking....this is just what I need, a fresh start, day 1, go back to the basics of what I was doing in the beginning.
I've set my workout schedule for the month. I have my meals planned for the week. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start.

Great attitude to have!! I have a lot more to go than you do to get to my goal weight but I too am renewing my commitment. . .tomorrow is going to be my restart day and I know we both can do this and keep it off!!! Much success to you as you continue this journey!!0

I know what you mean about that counter - I am at 153 days - haven't missed since I started back in April. But some of the last couple of days my journal has been incomplete and I've been eating like crazy. I too must recommit. LET'S DO THIS!!!0
