Easy Stuffed Peppers
5 Pero mini peppers, sliced in half and seeded
3 brown n' serve lite original sausages
1 medium beefsteak tomato
3/4 cup parlsey
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp walnuts
Microwave sausages for about 45 seconds. Chop up the sausage and put into a bowl. Finely chop the parsley and the tomato and add to the sausage. Add the oil, garlic, and walnuts and any other seasonings you'd like. Mash well. Push tablespoons of the mixture into each pepper half, then bake at 375 for about 18 minutes.
412 calories for all 10 pepper halves, 41 calories for one pepper half.
