So I just started a week ago, but reading so many post and seeing how successful people are, I am truly motivated to finally look and feel like I should. Very excieted to get going.

Welcome to the site. I've been here now almost a month and I love it. Prior to the site I was recording my calories in the calorie king food and fitness journal. I t bought me this far. i just started losing weight about 2 and a half months ago. So far I've lost 48.5 lbs. Thanks so much, I can use lots of motivation. I have done well on Weight Watchers before, like tracking calories on the computer. Seems like a lot of really great resourses with recipes and such.0
