My names Pamela and im new to this site. I hope this will help me lose the weight that im planning to lose. I used another site for a while but a friend told me about this one. I like it better already.. If anyone has any good suggestions on exercise that will be helpful besides walking please help me if you can.. thanks

    Welcome! I am new to this board as well and my friend told me about it. I have used it about a week already and I love it. I can't wait to hear others stories on how they lost weight and maybe will be get to share ours sometime soon. Best of luck to you and welcome!

    Hi I have been doing Zumba for 2 months now and I lost 15 lbs and 2 dress sizes . Its something different lots of cardio but also helps you tone up.
