    Love this- almost identical to my husband's journey into running. Although he didn't have 120 to lose, he did lose 60 but gained back his life. Thanks for sharing and I passed it on to our friends and running community!

    Awesome. I dont have THAT much to lose, but I'm on a running journey myself. I'm right about the 5k zone. maybe one day I'll be a marathoner too! first goal is triathlete (sprint of course)

    I think that is what he was saying... in many ways its a vicious cycle... you are heavy and it impacts you physically and mentally. The only thing you can do is to do something....

    Really cool video.

    I gotta say that I have been feeling HORRIBLE about myself and while I don't have that much to lose, the weight I do have to lose (initially 20 lbs but eventually 40lbs) is enough to make me depressed. I know what that is to be so sad that you just lose everything and everyone you love. This was a GOOD motivational video. I feel happier having started this journey then I have in a very long time.

    WOW!!!! That is a very inspiring video, Thanks for sharing. I started out the same way but I started to walk first and now I am jogging but slowly going up in the time wise though, I have already lost about 24 lbs. on the way to lost atleast 85 to 90 lbs. but oh my gosh, This video made me cry. Thanks once again for inspiring others here.
