My life has been a roller coaster of weight loss and gain. I once weighed 490 lbs and have been as low as 245 lbs. I had back surgery in 05 and slowly let the weight come back on so now I have 140 lbs to get back off in order to get back to 245 which is half of what I weighed at one point. I know I can do it and am looking forward to the challenge at least as much as that is possible. LOL I eat 1800 calories a day and then double that on Friday. When I was down in size I enjoyed walking for exercise. I just ordered a new pair of walking shoes to get started again. I used to walk an hour a day and 2 hours on Saturday so I would like to build back up to that. I love my fitness pal it is such a great tool. Back in the day I had a calorie book and a handwritten chart for keeping track. Then I graduated to an excel spread sheet and now thanks to fitness pal it is a breeze to count calories.
