Do you count watersports as water?

I'm curious as to whether liquids consumed during watersports should count towards my 8 glasses of water a day?

Does anyone else record this? I try to keep my mouth closed when I go under but sometimes it takes me by suprise and I swallow a big mouthful.

    I'd try not to ingest suprise mouthful when you down as there are a host of diseases that can be transmitted by water bourne pathogens.

    I was more concerned with the crabs. The beach is littered with them.

    ETA: Urine is sterile until it reaches the urethra.

    If the word isn't spelled with w-a-t-e-r, i don't count it. I don't care what all the other liquid cheerleaders say. Only water is water. I don't even count agua. If it's not water, GTFO.

    If you count water swallowed during swimming, you should also probably count water you swallow when you're brushing your teeth, or in the shower.

    If you're getting water in your mouth during water sports, you're doing them all wrong. It should be going up your nose, flipping your eyelids inside out, and in 1 ear and out the other.
