Hi my name is Courtney I am a SAHM of four children. I am currently at 220 and I am 5"4.. When my husband and I got together almost 9 years ago my weight was 137. I would love to get down to that weight again. All of my children are in school now and I have time to work out and watch what I eat. I started counting calories and joined a gym. Plus I purchased a few workout DVD's at home. Thank you for listening.

    Welcome. I am a 5'4" mom as well :). I haven't reached the 130s yet either.
Sounds like you are on the right track. Make sure you document all food and drinks and all exercise. You will notice a difference faster than you think if you eat right and exercise daily.
