Does anyone have any calorie or nutrition counts for sushi.... the different rolls, sushimi, etc.

    thanks so much. will do later and save to database. My doctor told me today that depending on choice of fish and low sodium soy sauce to dab sushi into, not pour onto... that it was ok... in moderation.

    Just be careful with sodium intake. If you ever make sushi at home you will realize that the rice is soaked in vinager, salt and sugar. That's in addition to the soy. It can add up! With that said, fish and seaweed are great for your health. I eat mine without soy. Most Japanese use only the tiniest bit of soy and it's bad manners to dip the rice. Only dip the edge of the fish into soy.
