Hi from Florida

Started my journey end of May and as of today have lost 27 pounds. My first goal is to lose a total of 50 pounds and then evaluate the next hurdle !! Anyone in Florida doing MYfitnessPal ? I have learned to eat foods now that I would not touch at all before...and must say...they are quite tasty. We have the power !! :happy:

    I live in Florida~

    Losing weight here is such a huge deal considering all the beaches and pools we have, plus the year-long warm weather... a bathing suit is pretty much required no matter what area you live in. I haven't been able to go swimming with my friends in five years, that's one of the main reasons I started using MFP.
