Reduce Body Fat

Hi, I'm pretty much at my UGW but am looking to reduce my body fat percentage. I have been alternating the past few weeks between some different Fitness Blender Strength and fat loss routines. I wanted to know what the opinion is if these routines can have good results for reducing body fat or if I should really start something more like Stronglifts?

I do these routines using 10 lb and 15 lbs dumbbells which is all that I have at home. I have a gym at work available to me but they do not have a barbell, plates, squat rack etc. They are mainly equipped with machines and the heaviest set of dumbbells are 50 lbs. I am not completely against joining a gym at some point to get better results.

These are the FB videos I've been doing so far (if interested):

Thanks for your input.

Anyone? I just wanted to know if I'm wasting my time with what I'm doing.

    Thx.
