Anyone have ideas of how to log in 30 day shred in 'Exercise Diary'?
Thanks!

We had this discussion the first time I did this which was June last year... The general consensus at the time was to log 26mins of Circuit Traning - General.
I have used that criteria for the JM DVDS since.
    Good Luck!!!

I log as 26 mins circuit training but since I've been using a heart monitor I've found that it doesn't burn as much as it says - it's varied between 190 and 210 calories rather than 235. Just something to bear in mind

I do it as circuits. MFP gives me 300, but Endomondo (with Ant+ hrm) gives me 180ish, so I log it as that.

I log it as circuit training, but I only log the minutes I am actually working hard, so I omit the minutes spent warming up and colling down. I hope it helps!
