TDEE - 15%

Hi all, have been using mfp consistently now for a couple of months and have lost 3 kgs. Recently I upped my calorie intake to match tdee - 15%.
Just wondering if those who follow this method log their exercise? Or just their food intake as the tdee method already takes into account how much you are exercising per week?
I guess it doesn't really matter as long as I'm staying under my calories but thought I would ask.
Cheers.

If the net calories shown in MFP is TDEE based all you need to do is force your caloric expenditure for any exercise to 1 calorie (MFP doesn't seem to like zero) that way you're not double counting your calories.0

I follow the TDEE-25%. I log my workouts but don't eat back calories.0

Yup I log them so I can see what I did if I ever need to refer back. But I too log them in as 1 calorie burn.0

I am doing TDEE - 15, and I do the 1 calorie thing for my exercise. I like to keep track of what I have done, even if it's just mobility, but I don't want it to show that I'm eating at some huge deficit.0
