and now comes the weekend....

I have been doing good all week and now.....I'm so worried I'll blow it and gain it all back over the weekend. Lost 1.8 pounds this week...how can I keep from losing and gaining it over and over again. help!

    Here it comes!


    The biggest tip I can give you is to pre-plan as many meals/snacks as possible. Knowing what you're going to eat ahead of time and having a plan of action is one of the biggest tools to success. You can have some fudge factor in there. Just leave yourself a window of fun for dinner but try and keep the most of the day under control. You are what you do most of the time.

    yeah, I'm in the same boat... I just start the first of the week & even walk 2 miles each day Wed, Thursday & today at lunch time and poof tonight pizza and wings... Just kick myself at times
  • okay - I made it through! same weight this morning as I was on Friday. whew....Saturday was a little tough. Pot luck picnic at lunch (I made reasonable choices but snuck in a tiny piece of pie with a tiny bit of ice cream). At dinner I practiced portion control with the meal. We made long island ice teas - but I think the universe was trying to tell me something. The first one, my hubby accidentally knocked off the counter and broke the glass all over. I drank the second one. The third one I accidentally poured down the drain while i was cleaning the kitchen. LOL! All in all it was a great weekend. I did good on Sunday and managed to have a pretty good walk on both days. Looking forward to a great week!

  • Sounds like me! I just can't keep right at the weekend! From now on I WILL log everything I eat, I suspect this will shock me into getting it right!

    Just think of the hard work you done to get that 1.8 off, its so easy to put back on! Stick ridgidly to it over the weekend!

    I lost 5lbs last week (first week of the diet, i always lose at least that), then i went for drinks and food at the man's. I had like 8 vodkas (im a pig on booze if it's tasty), Subway, and a full aero duo bar...i was up 3lbs the next day in bloat alone. It's taken me until today to lose that again, plus another pound...
