    you remind me of me. lol. i decided to lose weight when i was 29 and heading to 30. i was 370lbs and i worked my butt off....literally lol. by the time i hit 30, i was already about 140lbs down. that was from may till my birthday in november. 140lbs in 6months. i'm now getting closer to goal and my 33rd birthday is this year. i'm hoping i can be at goal by then.
