iPhone app for Tracking Strength Workout

I am sure that there are a lot of these out there, but does anyone have a suggestion for an app that I can download that I can use to record my workouts?... Weights/Reps/Sets, etc... I don't like carrying a notebook around with me. Thanks in advance!
