I have heard that there are some exercise videos on Netflix, but I'm having trouble finding them! Do you know any specific titles? If so, what are your favorites?

    Bump because I'm having a hard time finding them too. There used to be a bootcamp one, but last time I was all set to do it, it was gone.

    Netflix doesn't have any BUT youtube has ALOT of great workout videos through it's channel BeFit including Jillian Michaels.

    I enjoy the Leslie Sansone Walking Videos on youTube, they go from 1 mile walk up to 5 ..... that's how far I've gotten! :bigsmile:

    I know they used to, but I think the contract expired with all the fitness stuff.

    There are a lot of great workout videos out there and it all depends on what you want as far as intensity goes. JNL Fusion is a good one and you can get great results in 30 minutes a day. http://yourfitnessfactor.com/
