Good Morning, just log each item individually.

You can log this under your recipes! You just input each ingredient and then list how many servings it makes and MFP will tell you how many calories are in each serving. That is how I log my smoothies! And if I change anything the next time I make smoothies I just alter the recipie!

If you drink the entire smoothie that recipe makes, you can log each ingredient individually. If you don't, you can enter it into your recipes, divide it into equal servings and log that.

Just figure out what each ingredient is and add it up. Either log each individually or do a count yourself and enter it as one smoothie in your own recipes. Just by eyeballing the list you should come up with a count around 400-500 calories (peanut butter + banana + milk =~350-400, not sure about the berries and chia seeds)
