hopefully this post isn't TMI
but it seems that ALL food makes me a little to a lot bloated. even just water. it's so annoying because there's really no fat in my midsection, but after i eat i totally look fat, a "food baby" if you will. i've tried taking digestive enzymes before each meal, i think it helped a little bit but really not enough to make a difference. i tried activia yogurt but couldn't stand the taste of fake sweetener. plus i try to put as few chemicals into my body as possible and that yogurt was crazy with chemical additives. so i'm considering taking the probiotic pills - has anyone had any success with probiotics? or anything else that you found eased your bloating?

Im glad that Im not the only one! Actually, it seems like I am more bloated after lunch at work during the week and thought that maybe that was because I only have 20 minutes to eat and I am just eating too fast. Never really happened before I started to count calories. I work out a ton and in order to get all my calories in have a pretty big lunch salad. I started Activia too, seemed to help some, I also attributed some of the bloating to my irregularity. Thats starting to get a little better after adding more fiber. Are things regular for you in that sense? I didnt have this problem either until this weight loss journey, I guess it will eventually get better as our bodies adjust to the healthier us!0

Oh grapefruit seed extract.
My mom used to make me take that to boost my immune system... if you do the stuff that you add to water, make sure you have very strong hard candies around!
(... and they say Buckley's tastes bad )
But no... I know people that swear by Metamucil. Apparently that works super well.0 -
I find that certain foods triger my bloated ness....dairy and veggies :-(
If any one has more info id love to hear it to! BTW, Ive done probiotics for a while and that didnt really do much for me.0 -
yes I am taking the grapefruit oil so it tastes really weird.
I've been taking it in the glass of water I drink while eating.
Now I don't have to take it as often. I feel like the bloating (and also acid reflux) is almost gone. So I take it when I feel I need it.0 -

hello to all i have the same issue i eat very little cuz i feel full almost emidiatly i bloat like crazy and im a short and on the mid side so i look 9 mths prego after i eat. i have never had an issue with going #2 that department is really good a go at least 2 time a day or more depending how many time i sit to eat. i recently read an artical that bloating is due to lack of some kind of acid that is not enough for diggesting food. but i have read here that some of you have issues with going #2 and so i would like to recomend this its natural and its fiber it will make you go cuz you'll go. take it at night before bed to empty your stumach in the morning, it takes about 6 hrs to work, best part of all it helps you get regular after use of it along with other benifits. i have a son who has this problem and it has worked wonders for him. it called FIBRA KANA sold online at fibrakana.com, ebay also at walmarts in the imported items in the pharmacy area, also good for dieting perposes. back to the bloating after we eat part since i read that the lack of acid causes the bloating, gasses from both endsand heart burn i will go check that out with my dr. i dnt have my gal blader which is the acid bag so that might be part of my problem but i have had this issue since i can remember, and well for those of you who want to keep on the look out. i will post my results as soon as i go get checked.0
