How do I track my calories for weight lifting and strength t

So, I have read all of the posts about getting a heart rate monitor, etc etc. However, how do I capture my calories? There are no calories for Strength. Do I just select something like Aerobics? I did not see a category. I know this is a dumb question, but I couldn't find a forum post about it. Thanks for any help.

I believe this has been covered elsewhere. Due to differences in weight and Set x Reps and the overall intensity of your workout the amount of calories you burn is different for everyone and even every workout.0

I started try to log it under strength train but as you see it doesn't do anything to the calories so I now just log it under cardio call anything you want....Yes the key is to have a HRM.....I use mine for every exercise no matter what it is....ok well not all I mean I haven't brought it in the bedroom YET....lol0

Darnit, it appears there was a problem with my iPhone app. Resynced and now all is well. Thanks for the help, and LOL @ cfaith_ward.0
