I m going to London for 6 days, this will be a good way to keep me on track and not lose all my progress knowing I have to weigh in. I get back the night of the 12 th so it works.

After 6 days in London, I only gained 1.5 pounds! I expected to gain AT LEAST 5!!!!

So the reality is that even though I have 'lost' 5 already some of that 5 was gained in the first week. And I have one more week before I go to Spain on holiday so who knows where I'll be by the end of the month. So far I've lost 2.6 and that's ok
