    I was a Navy wife, now my DH is in Navy reserves.

    Here to lose about 75 lbs overall! :)

    My husband is active duty AF and I experience it from both sides as a military spouse but also as a military member as I'm also active duty AF. We've got a 6-month-old daughter and trying to get workouts in has been crazy since she was born. Feel free to add me :smile:
