I always see ppl posting about their TDEEs. Is it beneficial to figure it out!? What's a good, credible way/site to do so? Thank you!

I don't really use my TDEE, when I did the results were really low for weight loss in the month. Most effective for me is watching my sodium & keeping it under 1500 for the day.0
