Is jamie eason livefit trainer for me?

Hey all.,
Recently I've been researching the livefit trainer and really would love to see some awesome results but am worried it might not be right for me..
I am 25 female, 154.5 pounds on a. 5 ft 4 frame..I already have thunder thighs and am afraid to build lean muscle in phase one and gain inches or look fluffier...
But I have been interested because my best friend is eagerly waiting for me to do with her, which is extra motivation
And the results I have seen people post is a amazing. What to do??. Is there a diff program that I should maybe do first? I am not new to lifting or the gym at any means.

    YES do it! I did it when I first started working out

    I just recently got my best friend doing this program. She is loving it! Jamie Eason is such a sweet person and she knows what she is talking about. Stick with it! Its an almost 12 week program so it takes a lot of dedication and time. Plus with your effort you will totally see results.

    I've talked with Jamie numerous times and what is key is nutrition. She explains it throughout the program.

    I just want to ask if you had done it and if so how your first month went. I started yesterday and am super excited to really get into it. I'm 5 ft even and 122 lbs. Down 49 and looking to drop around 5-7 more and lean out. Would love to hear how it is going for you if you did it!
