Well here is my personal challange this week I am going to not eat anything with added sugar to it. Even my dark chocolate that I have once and a while. I am going to start with 7 days to see how many I get. I will continue eating my fruits veggies whole grains ect. So who is with me no added sugar for 7days. PS no artifical sweetners either.:-)~

Alright, I'm (begrudgingly) with you. I love my treat of hot chocolate but I'm all about a challenge. Yeay!0

I don't think that's possible....seriously. What exactly do you mean by "added". I'm assuming fruits would be the exception since its not "added".0

Great idea, hope you don't mind if i steal it.. and good luck on the challenge X0

I have been doing this since July 25. I feel so much better not being hooked on sugar. I know that you can do it!! Good luck.0

I don't add sugar to anything. I don't even have a bag of it in the house. Don't use the artificial stuff either. But everything I eat seems to have sugar in it. Milk, Yogurt, everything. Just 2 pieces of fruit will eat up my sugar grams for the day. Not easy!0

When I mean added sugar or artifical sweetners as in food added or candies ice creams ect or that has it in it or if your adding it to it. Fruits and veggies I am keeping in because we need that natrual sugar. 1-2 pieces/ servings a day on the fruit. Milk and Yogurt is out for the week. Plain Greek Yogurt has a little sugar but the fruit or flavored ones have lots more.0

I saw a Rachael Ray episode the other day where they were talking about added sugar. A container of low fat fruit yogurt has an extra 7 teaspoons of sugar added. A glazed cake donut- 12 teaspoons. 1 packet of ketchup... 1 whole teaspoon. It's sneaky and it seems to be everywhere. I'm with you... I'll give it a try for sure!0
