I really don't care. It doesn't matter to me....as long as it's there when I need it. I don't know why people get so bent out of shape on this issue. Put a damn roll on top and be done with it if it's so damn hard. If it looks untidy then put a full roll on the dispenser and leave it there.0

OMG I'm so OCD about this. Over... it has to be over, and if I see that some one put it under, I change it... I also count the sheets when I use them, but that's probably TMI... lol0

Under is the correct way. But if you think about it, over makes more sense, especially if you're a lady with long nails and you don't want to chip your polish or break a nail. This would not be me.
And I have to do machinations in which the end of the paper gets tucked back inside the tube, or my kitten will make "art projects" while I'm at work! :laugh:0
