Help! I'm not hungry!

I don't want to go into starvation mode, but I've no appetite. What will boost my appetite?

    Are you eating anything during the day? Are you feeling sick at all?

    Eat 5 small meals throughout the day.. this will help boost your metabolism and your body will adjust. You just need to give it a little time.

    Agree on the 5 small meals! I used to skip breakfast and sometimes lunch too! I swear it is partially responsible for the mess I am in! It takes some doing at first but it really, really works. Drink your water too! All of it!
  • find a tea that has calories in it and drink it like there was no tomorrow until your body gets back to feeling normal. generally teas with fruit in them are the ones with calories (minimal but hey its something). honestly it sounds like a license to eat more caloric food to me (i mean food with more calories, not food thats bad for you just food thats a little high on the calorie scale, since you aren't hungry you wont be eating more calories then you should because you'll only be eating a small bit of it, but since there are more calories you wont be in starvation mode. am i making sense? XD i hope i am) and the five small meals is a good idea as well.
