Just Getting Started

Hi, I'm just getting started with MFP and I'm looking for friends that will help encourage me to help me reach my goal. I joined MFP back in 2012 but didn't follow through with the tracking. I'm serious about losing the weight and have started working out again. The food tracking will help me be more accountable.

  • I am doing Michelle Bridges' 12wbt but there is no food diary with it, I'm using MFP so I can keep a track of the cals I've had when not eating the meal on the menu.
