I have recently joined a gym that does a Boxercise class, tonight will be my first night taking part in the class.

Does anyone know how many calories will be burnt in around 45 minutes? It does not appear to be on the database.

    I'd estimate it as aerobics or kickboxing.

    I put mine is as Boxing 'Turbojam', it's pretty accurate.
