      DL photo is me at 242, the middle pic I was about at 215 (not a huge difference) and the last photo was me at 187. Got some more work to do, but definitely getting there!

      Its amazing how much the face changes when you lose weight for me everything becomes more prominent jawline etc..
      I find that i store alot of fat on chin haha when ive got extra weight.

      Oh the horrors of looking at my old face. Ugh. So....the before and after is pretty obvious I think

      Nice work, Everybody!

      First thing I noticed was how pretty much everybodys eyes look bigger and brighter in the After pics. Almost like the cheeks were closing the eyes slightly in the Before pics.

      Again, good job, All. Keep up the good work.

      You can definitely see a difference, and you also look much happier! I think that is my favorite part of all of these photos. Getting healthy clearly just makes people happier!!

And to the first person who started this thread, some people, no matter how skinny they get, have cute chubby cheeks. (This is a good thing -- you won't get wrinkles.) :)

      Great job everyone, it is amazing how much weight we carry around our chops.

      I have had a second chin for as long as I can remember and although I don't know if it will ever totally go away (polish blood) it is getting smaller as I lose weight. I will try and find some pics later but I have only lost about 7-8kg (15-18lb) so the transformation isn't nearly as impressive as some of the photos you guys have linked.

      Keep up the good work everyone!
      This has to be inspirational to anyone out there trying to lose those kilos!
