    Hey i'm from Southampton and just joined MFP. I am loving the food diary but it would be cool to compare with others and get ideas.

    Not from the UK, but did you know that you can also join groups based on location, maybe even your own city? Just click the "Community" tab then on "Groups" and search "UK" or any other criteria. Just letting you know!! :)

    im from uk and i will be poasting alot more as of now as i havent recently as iv been to buisy but things have died down i got alot of fitness food ideas and a new program that i will be starting today
