    Dont know why but your post made me cry. I think your determination in going back after losing and gaining is a fantastic lesson.

    Sometimes I feel 'old' and Im not even your age. (And you look so young and fresh with so much of life still ahead of you)

    To think your diet has made such a difference to your quality of life is truly inspirational.

    You look fabulous. I have just read your blogs and found them truly inspiring and motivating, so thanks for your guidance. I will keep on striving to lose my last 10 lbs, and then not regain again, the 30 lbs, which make me look like a little old plump lady.
