Would like some input, because this is driving me crazy. Food diary is open.

I'd say you're probably not eating enough. Unless you're totally sedentary and sit all day, I guess. 1200 is really not enough food for most people, and some days you don't even eat 1100. Did you calculate your BMR? I'd eat that minimum every day, whether you work out or not.
Otherwise, your diary seems fine, you seem to be weighing everything properly too.0 -
Are you exercising? I see that you stay within a good calorie range but i don't see where you have burned anything that you have eaten.0

The exercise isn't showing up? Not sure why---exercise yes.
Did calculate BMR and TDEE and ---
BMR 1325
TDEE - 1822
TDEE - 20% = 1457
Diet set at 1200 (goal 1/2 lb per week) but eating back exercise calories so getting about TDEE - 20%. Still after 2 months should be down 4 lbs and not up.0 -
Are you doing any strength training? It could be muscle gain.
Otherwise, flucuate your calories. 1200 one day 1500 the next. 1350. 1800. Eat maintenance AT LEAST once a week so your body doesn't hit a plateau.0
