Before picture February 2011 (Weighed about 250-55)
I lived a sedentary life style. Junk food, pre diabetic, hypertension, etc...
Another before (Spring 2009)
After months of training, weight loss, and hard work, I've lost over 80 pounds, put on muscle weight and feel great!
After picture August 2013 (Weigh about 200)
