I love working out and enjoy eating healthy, but this past week has been hell. I am so tired and am craving/eating junky food. I really have to push myself to go and workout out. I dont know why...

Hey Missdamman,
Take comfort in the fact that what you are going through is completely normal. I doubt there is a single person on this forum that can't relate to your situation this week. Myself included.
Quick tip - When you feel this way, plunge yourself into motivational media. Check out forums (like you'e already doing), watch youtube videos, and allow the experiences of others to drive you and carry you forward. Thoughts are powerful, so expose yourself to the right ones!
You WILL get through this.
