    OMG I'm so OCD about this. Over... it has to be over, and if I see that some one put it under, I change it... I also count the sheets when I use them, but that's probably TMI... lol

    Under is the correct way. But if you think about it, over makes more sense, especially if you're a lady with long nails and you don't want to chip your polish or break a nail. This would not be me.

    And I have to do machinations in which the end of the paper gets tucked back inside the tube, or my kitten will make "art projects" while I'm at work! :laugh:

    If it was up to me, it would be under, like my mum taught me. My husband says over, because in the night, he can't find the end!! Lol!
