30 Day Shred vs. Body Revolution

Hey guys! I'm half way through Hip Hop Abs and was thinking about switching to a Jillian Michaels dvd. I'm still pretty overweight but I'm getting better (240 lbs. 5'9"). I thought about trying 30 day shred since its cheap and 30 days, but then I read about Body Revolution and it sounds pretty good too. I know its more expensive and 90 days but its only 30 minutes a day. For a person that is pretty much a beginner, which would you recommend?? I could really use some advice! Thanks :)

    I have never tried Body Revolution, but am on day16 of 30 Day Shred. I like 30 Day Shred because its only 20 minutes and I have a tendency to give up if something takes too long but I feel like most anyone can spare 20 minutes. :) Its tough and will take me more than 30 days to master all 3 levels. I can see and really feel the difference in myself in just 16 days!

    I'd reccomnd doing 30DS first and if you like it and you're done with it Body Revolution is a great workout to continue with! :)
    Both 30DS and BR workouts are about 30 mins each!
