I'm using a bmi calculator right now online but it says for a 5'9 person I should weigh 115 to be 15% body fat. If you know a more accurate calculator please let me know.

I used the body fat tools at fat2fit but it gives me a huge difference to the body fat reading on my scales .....0

Same Here! On one site it says I'm a 27% body fat while Fat2Fit says I'm at a 21%. Which do I believe? Also on fat2fit it says I should be eating 3000 calories a day while another says 1700. I'm confused0

Personally, I'd buy calipers for ~$10-15 from Amazon and use those. Measure three times then average out for any inconsistencies to calculate your body fat by mm of skin/fat pinched.0
