I am a picky eater but I am tired of the same foods. I need some more food ideas. Help me please!
I will put down my recipe for others.
Salsa Chicken and Potato Packets
2 cup salsa
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 potatoes or 2 sweet potatoes (I do both since my son won't eat the sweet potato)
Preheat 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop potatoes. Cook chicken then chop. Mix potatoes and chicken together in a bowl. (You may need 2 bowls to keep the potatoes separated.) Fold foil up to form 'packets'. Place packets seam side up on a cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Open packets and serve.

Do you cook the chicken before you put them in the packets? If so how do you cook them? Just on the stove top? grill?0 -
