45 lbs down...at my happy weight

Hey Everyone,
I've been on MFP for 10 months now, and have lost 30 lbs. I lost a total of 15 lbs prior to joining for a total loss of 45 lbs. I am hoping to lose about 8-12 more pounds, but I'm at my goal (size 6) and the weight loss has reached a plateau so I'm just working on maintaining for the time being. I'll probably start working on my tone a bit harder at this point, then maybe go for those last few pounds...maybe I'll actually reach a size 4! When I started I would have been happy just to reach the healthy weight mark, now my bmi is 23. When I started out I didn't think I could do this, but I focused on being healthy and had so much support from my MFP friends that I've made it! So here are some pics to record my journey, I still look in the mirror and see an obese girl, but pictures don't lie, there's been a lot of change!

This was me at my heaviest, May 2009 at 178 lbs.

At the halfway point, about 6 months in, March 2010

This is me now, after losing 25% of my body weight, weighing in at 133 lbs. (I'm 5'3")

Arielle, I like to mix up my workouts, but my go-to is just a basic stationary bike (upright not recumbent), I ride that for at least 30 minutes/5 days a week. Throughout the process I've done step aerobics, wii fit, jogging, the 30 day shred, pilates and yoga. I didn't have the money for a gym membership, so just made a few small investments buying used stuff to get some home workout equipment. Right now I'm working on C25K for a couple of 5ks I'm running next month. I have asthma, so running/jogging has been the hardest thing for me to get used to, but I'm determined to at least try.0
