I was hoping to get suggestions to the best exercises out there. I know walking is one of the best and I plan to do so, but I would also like something to switch it up every now and again....what works for you?

    I enjoy lots of things and do them

    walking, swimming, zumba, body pump, archery, step circuit...

    did trampolining, rhythmic gymnastics, 10 pin bowling, aqua fit, karate in my youth.....

    I bike, run, walk, go to body sculpt and boot camp at my gym, and play roller derby. :)

    I walk pretty much everyday using a double stroller for my two little ones,I do Insanity as well. I love that program,I've gone to Zumba,I plan on doing some classes,I also lift I do things I enjoy. I have young ones so for now it's what I can do time permitting . You need to find something that you like and you see yourself doing on a regular basis. ;)
