Id rather lose an inch. To me visible results are better than the # on the scale, although I do love it when that # goes down.0

As a man over 50 I'd take any inch off the old waist line over scale weight.0

5 lbs?
seriously I could lose that taking a dump.
I'd way rather have a physical change then an arbitrary one like the scale.0 -
An inch of course! I'm losing weight to look good. All it matters to me is to look slimmer, no one's gonna peak at my scale number.0

Give me the INCH0

definitely the inches!!!....the scale plays with your mind.....for example....I weighed this morning and it said 3lb more than yesterday morning....WTH???!!!!....I know it's not fat....it's water etc etc.....so definitely seeing results from inches lost is better....:)0
